Refund Policy

At WhamComics, every comic book is custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, this Refund Policy explains when refunds, replacements, or order adjustments may or may not be available.

By placing an order through WhamComics, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Personalized Product Policy

All WhamComics products are custom-created using:

  • uploaded customer photos

  • personalized character details

  • AI-assisted artwork and storytelling

  • customer-selected themes and options

Because products are personalized and made specifically for each order:

  • all sales are generally final once production begins

  • personalized products are typically non-refundable

2. AI-Generated Artwork Disclaimer

WhamComics uses AI-assisted technology to generate comic artwork and stories.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated artwork may contain slight inconsistencies

  • character appearance may vary slightly between panels or pages

  • final printed colors may differ slightly from digital previews

  • artistic interpretation is part of the creative process

Minor visual differences, style variations, or subjective dissatisfaction do not automatically qualify for refunds.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in limited situations, including:

  • duplicate charges

  • accidental overbilling

  • failure to deliver a purchased digital product

  • production failures caused directly by WhamComics

Approved refunds are issued at WhamComics’ discretion.

4. Replacement Eligibility

Replacement products may be offered if:

  • the product arrives damaged

  • the wrong item was shipped

  • there is a major printing defect

  • the order contains significant fulfillment errors

Examples of printing defects may include:

  • missing pages

  • severe print misalignment

  • major physical damage during production

Minor cosmetic variations do not qualify as defects.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@whamcomics.com

Please include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the issue

  • a brief description of the problem

Failure to provide requested documentation may limit our ability to offer replacements or support.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once:

  • artwork generation

  • comic rendering

  • printing

  • fulfillment preparation

has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.

7. Shipping Issues

WhamComics is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs

  • weather

  • incorrect addresses entered by customers

  • carrier delivery interruptions

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping provider.

8. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact WhamComics before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • account restrictions

  • denial of future service

  • submission of evidence to payment providers

9. Digital Products

Where digital products or downloadable files are offered:

  • purchases may be non-refundable once access or download is provided
