Thank you for shopping with WhamComics. This Shipping Policy explains how production, fulfillment, and delivery of WhamComics products are handled.

1. Order Processing

Each WhamComics order is custom-created and personalized specifically for the customer.

Orders may go through several stages before shipment, including:

  • AI-assisted story generation

  • artwork rendering

  • preview generation

  • print preparation

  • production and fulfillment

Because each comic is custom-made, processing times may vary.

2. Production Time

Estimated production times may vary depending on:

  • order volume

  • customization complexity

  • printing schedules

  • holidays

  • third-party fulfillment timelines

Most orders are expected to enter production within several business days after purchase.

Production estimates are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times depend on:

  • shipping destination

  • carrier performance

  • selected shipping method

  • fulfillment partner processing

Estimated delivery windows are provided as estimates only and may change without notice.

4. Fulfillment Partners

WhamComics may use third-party printing and fulfillment providers, including Mixam, to produce and ship products.

Once an order has been transferred to a fulfillment or shipping provider, delivery timing may be outside of WhamComics’ direct control.

5. Shipping Delays

WhamComics is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • weather conditions

  • customs processing

  • holidays

  • supply chain disruptions

  • carrier service interruptions

  • incorrect customer-provided addresses

We appreciate your patience if delays occur.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

WhamComics is not responsible for:

  • lost packages caused by incorrect addresses

  • failed deliveries due to customer input errors

  • packages sent to outdated or incomplete addresses

Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is required.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@whamcomics.com

Please include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged package or product

  • a brief description of the issue

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping provider directly.

8. International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary.

Customers are responsible for:

  • customs fees

  • import taxes

  • duties

  • country-specific restrictions

Delivery times for international orders may be longer due to customs processing.
